WebJoinery LLC (“WebJoinery”, “we”) builds websites. This policy describes what we collect through webjoinery.comand what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us so we can do the work, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- Inquiry and intake forms.Name, email, phone, company, project details, and any files you upload (logos, photos, documents). You provide these deliberately; we collect nothing from forms you don't submit.
- Email. If you write to hello@webjoinery.com, we keep the correspondence.
- Usage analytics.Basic, aggregated page analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device class) to understand what's working. We don't build advertising profiles or sell behavioral data.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and scope, build, and deliver your project.
- To send you project-related email (intake links, status, invoices).
- To improve the site and our service.
We do notsell your information, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Where it lives
Form submissions and files are stored with our infrastructure providers (website hosting, database/file storage, and email delivery), under their respective security practices. Access is limited to the people working on your project.
Retention & your choices
We keep project records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterward (bookkeeping, warranty on the work). Want something corrected or deleted? Email hello@webjoinery.comand we'll take care of it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

The site uses only functional cookies (e.g., keeping a portal or admin session signed in) and analytics described above — no third-party advertising cookies.
