WebJoinery

Terms of service

These terms cover use of webjoinery.com and, at a high level, how WebJoinery LLC (“WebJoinery”) engages on projects. A signed proposal, quote, or statement of work for your specific project takes precedence over this page wherever they differ.

The work

  • Scope, price, and timeline for a project are what's written in your proposal — not what this website implies. Marketing copy is marketing copy.
  • Revisions included in a project are described in the proposal. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately before we do it.
  • Timelines depend on you too: content, approvals, and access (domain, accounts) arriving on time.

Payment & ownership

  • Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
  • On full payment, you own the delivered website — design, content we produced for you, and your domain. We may retain and reuse general-purpose code, components, and know-how that aren't specific to your brand.
  • You're responsible for having rights to materials you supply (logos, photos, copy). We display work we've shipped in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Warranties & liability

We build carefully and fix defects in our work promptly. Beyond that, the site and our services are provided “as is”; we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the project in question. Third-party services your site depends on (hosting, domains, email) are governed by their own terms.

Site use

Don't abuse the site: no scraping forms, probing for vulnerabilities, or submitting unlawful content through the intake. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page.
